Over the decades there have been dozens if not hundreds of model names for automobiles. Very few of those model names live on over a long period of time and even fewer have an unbroken lineage over that timespan. The latest release from Auto World celebrate some of those nameplates that have survived over the decades, with the Yesterday & Today theme. This Xtraction release #4 (SC384) has 3 of the classic names from Chevy, Ford and Dodge, from back in the day and some of their most recent versions. Let’s take a look.
Now we will take a closer look at each of these beauties.
#1 “Yesterday” 1969 Chevy Camaro SS – Daytona Yellow/Black and Burgundy Maroon/Black
#2 “Today” 2010 Chevy Camaro – Rally Yellow/Black and Red Jewel/Black
#3 “Yesterday” 1969 Dodge Charger R/T – Charger Red/Black and Plum Crazy/Black
#4 “Today” 2007 Dodge Charger R/T Inferno Red/Black and Plum Crazy Pearl/Black

Auto World’s new Xtraction release #4, Yesterday & Today, links the past and the present with six body styles that brings the theme all together. The color schemes match the sixties color palette with the modern colors we see on today’s cars. Yesterday & Today take the existing tooling and make them work with a new concept, offering some very slick factory flavors that tie the past and present into a cool new release.
