Auto World has taken next steps into the performance field with the addition of replacement silicone tires for all four of their chassis lines. The tire sets comes with 6 pair each of front and rear tires in assorted colors. They hearken back to the old days when AJs had the “Gum Drops” colored tires. The material is a medium hardness compound for both front and rear tires and the tires are from the same molds that the stock tires are cast from. They have a really good grip and add some flare to any car.

2023 Auto World SCM162 Super III Color Tire Sets
The micrometer shows the size of the front tires (Left) and rear tires (Right). The Super III color front tires are sized for the street cars and stock cars and are a larger diameter. They do work on the Indy car front rims, but raises the chassis a bit and you may need to adjust your pick up shoes to get the best contact. The black tire at the lower left is the original front tire from an Indy car and shows the smaller diameter.
