As with all good things, the original Woodrum Ridge Raceway has ended its great run on December 17, 2017. “The Ridge” was disassembled to make room for the new Corsa Veloce Raceway. Of course it will always live on here for everyone’s reference and my fond remembrance of family racing and my foray into track scenery. “The Ridge” will be rebuilt as an oval on a new table, complete with new racing scenery in the near future. Of course I will document the process in a new series in its own chapters. Check out the build of the Corsa Veloce Raceway and stay connected here to see the new “Ridge” come under construction. Please keep in mind as you read the articles below, that these were written as a chronological stream of activity.
